Our Story
Pool Ninja was founded in 2009 by Mark Thompson, a former pool service technician who saw firsthand the problems plaguing the industry. After years of hearing customers complain about unreliable service and lack of communication, he decided to build something different.
The idea was simple: what if pool service worked like the best modern services? Real-time tracking, instant notifications, and complete transparency. No more wondering if your pool guy showed up.
Today, Pool Ninja serves over 500 pools across the Greater Baton Rouge area. Our team of 12 certified technicians follows strict protocols to ensure every pool receives the same high-quality service. And with our SMS proof-of-service system, you'll always know exactly when we came and what we did.
